Description:
Start by lying on your back with your arms extended overhead and your legs straight. Engage your core muscles to support your spine and maintain a neutral pelvis position. Slowly lift your legs off the ground, keeping them straight, and hold for a brief moment. Then, slowly lower your legs back down to the starting position, keeping them straight, and repeat for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
