Description:
Lie on your back with your arms extended overhead and your legs lifted and bent at a 90-degree angle. Engage your core muscles to support your spine and maintain a neutral pelvis position. Slowly lower your arms and legs towards the ground, keeping them straight, and then return to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
