Description:
Start with the Mobility Side 2 Side exercise by standing with your feet together. Take a large step to one side and lower your body down into a lunge position, keeping your back knee almost touching the ground. Push back up to the starting position and repeat on the other side. Continue alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions and sets. Then, move into the Pretzel exercise by standing with your feet hip-width apart. Cross one foot over the other and bend your knees, lowering your body down into a squat position. Hold for 30 seconds to a minute, breathing deeply. Repeat on the other side by switching the position of your legs. Finally, move into the Knee 2 Chest exercise by lying on your back and bringing one knee towards your chest. Hold for 30 seconds to a minute, breathing deeply. Repeat on the other side by switching the position of your legs.
