Description:
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Take a large step forward with one foot and lower your body down into a lunge position. From the lunge position, push through your front heel and return to standing. Immediately lower your body down into a squat position, keeping your back straight and your knees behind your toes. Push through your heels to return to standing. Repeat on the other side by stepping forward with the opposite foot. Continue alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
