Description:
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Lift one foot off the ground and hold it in the air. Slowly lift your hips up towards the ceiling, squeezing your glutes and pushing your heels towards the ground. Hold for a brief moment, then lower back down to the starting position. Repeat on the other side by lifting the opposite foot off the ground. Continue alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
