Landmine Reverse Lunge

Description:
Hold a landmine attachment with one hand, keeping your arm extended. Stand with your feet together, take a large step back with one foot. Lower your body down into a lunge, keeping your front knee behind your toes and your back knee almost touching the ground. Push through your front heel to return to standing. Repeat on the other side by stepping back with the opposite foot. Continue alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
