Description:
Lie on a GymBall with your upper back and shoulders supported, and your feet planted firmly on the ground. Hold a Medicine Ball with both hands. Engage your core muscles and lift the Medicine Ball up towards the ceiling. Slowly roll the GymBall forward, keeping your core muscles engaged, and simultaneously lift the Medicine Ball up and over your head. Continue rolling the GymBall forward and backward, keeping the Medicine Ball moving in a circular motion. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
