Description:
Hold a kettlebell with both hands, hanging down between your legs. Swing the kettlebell back between your legs, then up to chest height, using your hips and legs to generate power. Use your glutes and hamstrings to explosively swing the kettlebell up, keeping your arms straight. Let the kettlebell swing back down between your legs, and repeat for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
