Description:
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees slightly and hinge forward at the hips. Keep your back straight and your core engaged. Take a large step forward with one foot and lower your body down into a lunge position. Push back up to standing and repeat with the other leg. Continue alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
