Description:
Hold a dumbbell or weight in each hand, with your palms facing your body. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Take a small step forward with one foot and start walking, keeping your core muscles engaged and your back straight. Focus on squeezing your forearm muscles and gripping the weights tightly as you walk. Continue walking for the desired number of steps or distance. Repeat with the other foot forward.
