Description:
Lie on your side with your feet touching and knees bent. Slowly lift your top knee up towards the ceiling, keeping your feet together. Hold for a brief moment, then lower back down. Repeat on the other side by switching legs. Continue alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
