Description:
Stand on a box or step with your right foot. Slowly step down to the ground with your left foot, keeping your right foot on the box. Immediately step back up to the starting position. Repeat on the other side by stepping down with your right foot and up with your left foot. Continue alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
