Description:
Sit on the edge of a bench with your feet flat on the floor. Place your hands on the edge of the bench for support. Lower your body down by hinging at the hips, keeping your knees bent at a 90-degree angle. Push through your heels to return to the starting position, squeezing your glutes at the top. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
