Description:
Start in a plank position with your hands in the TRX straps. Engage your core muscles and reach one hand forward, keeping your arm straight. Hold for a brief moment, then return to the starting position. Repeat with the other hand. Continue alternating hands for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
