Description:
Hold a dumbbell in one hand and stand with your feet together. Take a large step to one side and lower your body down into a lunge position, keeping your back knee almost touching the ground. From this position, lift the dumbbell out to the side until it is at shoulder height, then lower it back down to the starting position. Repeat on the other side. Alternate legs for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
