Description:
Stand facing a cable machine with the cable at shoulder height and hold a handle in one hand with a neutral grip (palms facing each other). Extend your arm straight out behind you, keeping your elbow close to your body, and then lower the handle back down to the starting position. Repeat on the other side. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
