Description:
Hold a barbell with a shoulder-width overhand grip and bend over at the waist, keeping your back straight and your core engaged. Let your arms hang straight down from your shoulders, then lift the barbell to your chest, keeping your elbows close to your body. Lower the barbell back down to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
