Description:
Lie on your stomach with your arms extended in front of you and legs straight. Engage your core muscles to support your spine and maintain a neutral pelvis position. Lift your arms and legs off the ground, holding for a brief moment, and then lower back down. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
