Description:
Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat, leaning back slightly and lifting your feet off the ground. Hold a weight or medicine ball with both hands and engage your core muscles to support your spine and maintain a neutral pelvis position. Twist your torso to left and right, touching the weight to the ground beside you each time, and repeat for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
