Description:
Stand on a step or bench with your left foot, holding a medicine ball with both hands. Engage your core muscles to support your spine and maintain a neutral pelvis position. Twist your torso to the right, throwing the medicine ball to the side, aiming for a height of about 6-8 feet. Step down with your right foot and repeat on the other side, throwing the medicine ball to the left. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
