Description:
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball with both hands. Engage your core muscles to support your spine and maintain a neutral pelvis position. Twist your torso to left and right, throwing the medicine ball to the side, aiming for a height of about 6-8 feet, and repeat for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
