Description:
Lie on your back with your hands behind your head and legs straight. Engage your core muscles to support your spine and maintain a neutral pelvis position. Slowly bring your knees towards your chest, lifting your shoulders off the ground, and hold for a brief moment. Then, slowly lower your knees back down to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions and sets
