Description:
Lie on your back with your arms extended overhead and legs straight. Engage your core muscles to support your spine and maintain a neutral pelvis position. Slowly lift your right arm and left leg off the ground, keeping them straight, and hold for a brief moment. Then, slowly lower them back down to the starting position and repeat with the left arm and right leg. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
