Description:
Lie on a gym ball with your upper back and shoulders supported by the ball. Hold a weight or medicine ball in front of your chest. Engage your core muscles to support your spine and maintain a neutral pelvis position. Slowly move the weight from side to side, passing it over your body, and hold for a brief moment on each side. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
